Arrived yesterday for what we thought was a routine service but noticed the heat wasn’t on. Spent hours trying to fix it but needed a sensor that was not on the van. Scheduled another visit today and got everything working perfectly. Very professional, careful and determined to get if fixed as quickly as possible. Worked safely and quietly without disrupting family activities.

Yousuf from Supreme Service did an excellent Job of AC repair. He did a thorough diagnostics check to identify issues with our AC system, both inside and outside units. Then explained in detail the issues and placed before us various options including repair and replacement options. We chose repair and the job was done in reasonable time, after placing the contract. Yousuf was honest in telling us that the initial unit of AC motor that they he brought in for replacing the failed motor happened to be a used one and then immediately informed his company about it. We got our failed motor replaced with new one without much of a delay. We are impressed with the service from Supreme personnel.

The man who was here to evaluate our furnace initially was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain our situation and options very well and to answer our questions. The team who came to install the new HVAC, including humidifier, thermostat, and remote room sensor, we’re equally professional and knowledgeable. They respected us, our home, and cautions with our young dog (not letting him out of the door most of all!). We have a service plan already and are customers for life!
